Retained Search

Partnering with Imperative Global on a retained search, you guarantee a rapid delivery of exclusive high calibre talent for your vacancy.

A Retained Search is most applicable for clients who require rapid delivery of high quality talent; if the role is urgent, business critical or will be part of your succession planning, this is the service that will deliver you the best result.

  • Bespoke “deep-dive” headhunting. We leave no stone unturned, ensuring that you have access to the best possible talent, even if the candidates in question are not actively searching for new roles.

  • First-refusal on exclusive talent. As part of the headhunting we will be conducting for you, we will uncover and engage high quality “passive” candidates. As top performing candidates are typically well looked after by their employers, these candidates cannot be found applying to job advertisements or on resume websites (such as Indeed.com or Monster.com). As part of our service agreement, we guarantee that we will not represent these candidates to any other employers until you have have exercised your first-refusal.

  • Bespoke marketing materials. We will work with you and your HR team to create marketing materials that will elevate your company to be the top employer, allowing you to compete and succeed for the best talent versus the top employers in your industry and state.

  • Speed of search. With a retained search, you will have a dedicated consultant that focuses their full attention to your search exclusively to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Bespoke interviewing. In addition to our standard interviewing, with our retained service we perform a second, competency based interview with every candidate. This structured interview is bespoke to your search, to ensure the highest quality candidates make it through the process.

  • Market Mapping. With the retained service, we provide complimentary market mapping services. If you have interested in talent from a particular competitor, we can map out the entire leadership org-chart in their relevant department, making targeted approaches to those you have interest in.

Contingent Search

A Contingent Search is a “no-win no-fee” model where unless the successful hire is through Imperative Global, no fee will be liable.

A Contingent Search is most applicable for middle-management positions which are non-urgent and not part of any future succession planning.

Whilst this model forgoes many of the benefits of a Retained Search, the advantage a Contingent Search offers you is a capital risk-free model which you can integrate alongside your own existing recruitment process, such as an internal talent acquisition team.

Multi-hire Campaign

A Multi-hire Campaign is a search where multiple hires are grouped and managed as a single project via Imperative Global.

A Multi-hire Campaign is most applicable for companies making 5 to 20+ hires in a single project, such as launching a new Warehouse, new department or when scaling after a new round of funding.

By managing multiple hires in a single campaigns, you can take advantage of an economies of scale discount, whilst also receiving a superior delivery service with the following benefits:
